He symbolizes bravery, sacrifice, and deep love for the land. To seek forgiveness from the land through King Naresuan is to align one’s repentance with his sacred merit and protective spirit, thereby empowering the act of atonement and making it more meaningful.

     The Ritual of Seeking Forgiveness from the Land with King Naresuan the Great

     This ritual emphasizes sincerity and heartfelt repentance. It may be performed at home (if one has an image of the King for worship) or at monuments and shrines dedicated to King Naresuan, such as:

If I have ever committed wrongs against this land—whether by body, speech, or mind, intentionally or unintentionally—through acts such as defiling, discarding waste, or showing disrespect to the earth—may you all grant me compassion and forgiveness."

     4. Prayer for Blessings:
     "By the sacred merit of King Naresuan the Great, and by the power of Mother Earth, may blessings be bestowed upon me and my family. May we be granted happiness, prosperity, and stability as firm as the land itself. May we be free from illness and danger. May our work and endeavors flourish, our business prosper, and fortune flow into our lives. May every wholesome aspiration of mine be fulfilled in its entirety."
