พิธีไหว้เจ้าที่

การไหว้เจ้าที่เจ้าทางเป็นพิธีกรรมที่มีมายาวนานในสังคมไทยและวัฒนธรรมอื่นๆ เพื่อแสดงความเคารพต่อสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ที่คุ้มครองสถานที่ เช่น บ้านเรือน ที่ดิน ร้านค้า หรือสำนักงาน เชื่อว่าเจ้าที่เจ้าทางคือวิญญาณของบรรพบุรุษหรือเทพารักษ์ที่ดูแลพื้นที่ การไหว้จึงเปรียบเสมือนการขออนุญาต ขอพร และบอกกล่าวเพื่อให้การอยู่อาศัยหรือทำกิจการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและปลอดภัย

Worshiping the Guardian Spirits of the Land

The practice of paying respect to the Chao Thi Chao Thang (guardian spirits of the land) has long existed in Thai society as well as in other cultures. It is a ritual to honor the sacred beings believed to protect specific places such as houses, land, shops, or offices. These guardian spirits are thought to be ancestral spirits or local deities who watch over the area.
